Servo places students in kitchen internships in six destinations. Selected roles include stipend, accommodation and airfare support, and visa and documentation guidance is handled in-house. Eligibility depends on programme, attendance and kitchen assessment.

Bakery, patisserie and kitchen roles across the country

From Dehradun and Delhi NCR to Bengaluru and Goa, graduates start as commis baker, commis pastry chef or commis chef.

Year 0–1: Commis

Start in a bakery, patisserie café, hotel or cloud kitchen as commis baker, commis pastry chef or commis chef.

Year 1–3: Demi chef de partie

With consistent work most graduates move up to demi chef de partie within one to three years.

Year 3–6: Own a section

Full ownership of a section such as viennoiserie, entremets or a hot station.

Who hires our graduates: premium bakery chains, patisserie cafés, dessert and chocolate brands, resort pastry kitchens, cruise bakeries and QSR central kitchens. A steady number of alumni open their own bakery once they can cost, produce and sell reliably.

Graduates commonly start as commis baker, commis pastry chef or bakery production assistant in patisserie cafés, premium bakery chains, dessert brands and cloud kitchens, and many move up to own a full section within a few years. Some open their own bakery.

Yes. Kitchen internships are available in Dubai, Maldives, Mauritius, Malaysia, Qatar and Malta, and selected roles include stipend, accommodation and airfare support. Eligibility depends on programme, attendance and kitchen assessment.

Most certificate and diploma programmes start after Class 10 or Class 12. Graduates and working professionals can join the same batches. The Level 2 Diplomas take twelve months, while six-month and three-month certificates suit career-changers and bakery owners.
